Macy’s Media Network (MMN) expanded advertising space for clients by offering landing pages to help drive customer conversion. As a creative manager, I ensure vendor design and copy adhered to Macy’s guidelines while maintaining the integrity of clients global standards. Prior to hand off, I partnered with media assistant and developers to ensure technical specs are met for mobile, tablet and desktop devices.

The launch of client landing pages had positive feedback, but internally Macy’s had several creative processes from different teams causing consistency issues. The solution was to streamline the workflow to one team. As the creative manager for all sponsored digital media, I was able to take ownership by adjusting creative or providing feedback to align all site devices and customer experience.
